About Nerdy Rob's

Nerdy Rob's, have extensive training involving several levels of TAFE to practical work in the field. We have experience having worked across all facets of IT; from beginning in retail, building systems, as well as support.

Fully accredited technicians are at your service. Qualifications include:

  • CCNA (Cisco Career Networking Associate)
  • A+ Technician (RMIT)
  • Advance Diploma in Computer Systems in Engineering (RMIT)
  • Advance Diploma in Computer Systems in Networking (Holmesglen)

Pricing

Onsite Service
Onsite fee of $65 for the 1st hour including GST (as of 1st November 2007).
Minimum charge $65. Subsequent fees in 1/2 hour blocks charged at $25.

Same Day Emergency Callout
$70 surcharge. Minimum charge $120

Workshop Repairs
$65 per hour. Only time spent at keyboard is charged.

INDIVIDUAL QUOTATIONS CAN BE PROVIDED BEFORE WORK COMMENCES. HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, PARTS WILL BE CHARGED APPROPRIATELY.
